Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Superintendent will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating between various stakeholders and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction activities and manage site personnel to ensure project milestones are met. Implement quality control measures to uphold safety and compliance standards. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. Provide training and guidance to junior staff while fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. Strong understanding of quality control processes, budgeting, construction estimating, and blueprint reading. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with various teams. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices. Pay: $64,565.34-$80,968.91 per year
