Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all onsite activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-specific software tools. The Site Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Duties

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project ,ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. coordinating construction workers and other construction professionals and Coordinate subcontractors activities selecting tools and materials making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety checking and preparing site and maintaining quality control procedures Evaluate daily operations and assessing and minimizing risk Plan and organize daily operations and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction management practices Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes Strong skills in quality control procedures and safety compliance standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines,Attention to detail

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
