Job Overview:

Blue Thunder Construction LTD is looking for an experienced

Construction Working Lead

to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with a strong background in land development, concrete work, residential and civil construction. You will be responsible for overseeing field crew and involving into the day-to-day site operations and heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, rollers, screening equipment and trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and work together with the site crew Coordinate and manage equipment operations Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with design specifications. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Enforce health and safety protocols on-site. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential and civil construction in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of land preparation, concrete work, ICF and residential buildings' construction. Ability to manage crews, schedules, and equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Valid driver's license; heavy equipment certifications are an asset.
