The Opportunity
We're looking for a business development professional who can hunt for new opportunities and close deals. You'll be the front line of growth for Oberizon--meeting clients, identifying projects, and turning leads into signed contracts.
This is perfect for someone who thrives on performance-based income and enjoys building relationships with business owners, investors, and homeowners.
What You'll Do
Source and secure new construction and renovation projects
Network with developers, and business owners
Pitch and present Oberizon's services confidently
Negotiate project terms and close deals
Maintain a strong pipeline and report progress weekly
Represent the Oberizon brand professionally in every meeting
Who You Are
Proven closer with experience in
sales, construction
Self-starter who doesn't wait for leads--you create them
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Confident, persistent, and target-driven
Have your own vehicle and valid driver's license
