Project Supervisor

to join our team!

Do you have 2+ years of residential construction project management experience? Then send your resume right away!

What you will do:

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans. Inspect work for quality and adherence to design specifications. Be the main point of contact for clients, provide updates and address concerns. Address any issues that arise during construction, from design changes to delays. Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and compliance with permits.
