Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules for various construction projects. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Duties

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Builder trend and other construction management software. Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for scheduling tasks and milestones. Utilize blueprint reading skills to understand project specifications and requirements. Perform construction estimating to assess resource needs and timelines accurately. Create schematics for visual representation of project timelines and dependencies. Monitor progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to communicate schedule updates and changes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the scheduling process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in scheduling software. Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics. Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in scheduling tasks.
