Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Construction project manager wanted for new commercial build in Wendover, ON. The build will be a simple rectangular strip mall, approx. 17,000sqf.
Looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in construction management to work hand-in-hand with the general contractor to keep the project running smoothly. Duties will include:
- Scheduling
- Ordering supplies/building materials/fixtures
- Coordinating with GC and multiple trades
- Ensuring project stays on track and runs smoothly
- Reviewing subtrade contracts to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled
Ideal for someone who is retired from a construction-related field.
Must be able to commute to site in Wendover, ON.
Position would start in January 2026, approx. 30 hours per week.
