Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of construction management software, and a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling, contracts, and site operations. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. The Construction Project Manager will liaise with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of construction initiatives.

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and compliance with design intent. Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Manage project budgets, estimates, and change orders through accurate construction estimating practices. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; address any issues promptly to minimize delays. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permits, and contractual obligations. Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Skills

Proven experience in construction management Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Solid background in civil construction site operations and safety standards. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
