Handle logistics and inventory

-- track shipments from international partners, prevent missing items, manage showroom/warehouse coordination

Quality control and finishing

-- inspect installations, manage details, ensure client satisfaction

Communicate with confidence

-- keep homeowners and builders updated, manage expectations, represent Bosco's reliability promise

Can read technical drawings

-- shop drawings, architectural plans, elevations ?

Master juggler

-- detail-obsessed, organized, nothing falls through the cracks across multiple sites ?

Problem-solver mentality

-- when reality doesn't match plans, you figure it out on the spot ?

Strong communicator

-- comfortable with high-end clients, trades, designers, and suppliers

Nice-to-Haves:

Interior design background or experience working closely with design teams Experience with custom/luxury residential projects Knowledge of international manufacturing/logistics Familiarity with project management or CRM software
