Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and proficiency in blueprint reading. This role requires effective communication and leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare detailed construction budgets while managing costs throughout the project lifecycle. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site. Foster a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and best practices in construction management.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong skills in blueprint reading and construction budgeting. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for team collaboration. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
