Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires proficiency in various construction management tools to facilitate effective project planning and execution.

Duties



Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Review schematics and blueprints to provide guidance on design modifications or improvements. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across all project activities. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and blueprint reading skills. Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam for document management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction management.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
