Extol Developments Inc. is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing commercial and multi-family residential projects. Through clear, concise, and transparent communication, we strive to exceed client expectations and deliver projects as committed.

We are looking for a self-starter with an energetic results-oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. As a project manager you will develop detailed project plans, efficiently coordinate people and processes, and ensure resource availability and allocation. You will be the go-to person for everything regarding project organization and timeline.

Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with clients, team members, subtrades, and vendors. Coordinate meetings to clarify project requirements and review progress. Develop and maintain project plans including budgets, timelines, resource availability and allocation, and change orders using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps. Visit project sites to enforce quality control, schedule alignment, safety requirements, and risk management. Communicate clearly and consistently, de-escalate conflicts, and resolve technical issues. Competently lead projects through all phases to deliver results on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, drivers abstract, and criminal record check. Bachelor's degree in engineering or diploma in architectural technologies. Experience with construction project management. Excellent time management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Canadian building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Experience working with M365 programs, AutoCAD, and/or Revit. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,800.00-$105,000.00 per year
