We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated

Project Manager

to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our restoration projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of restoration projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved. Manage project budgets, prepare cost reports, and track financial performance. Oversee site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Resolve project challenges proactively and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in the construction or building restoration industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery processes. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Project management certification or related education is an asset but not required.
