Job Duties
Provide leadership and direction on site to ensure all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and according to project plans
Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on active job sites
Coordinate work schedules, crews, subcontractors, and workflow to ensure timely project completion
Read, interpret, and manage work based on blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
Use Procore for project documentation, drawings, RFIs, daily logs, inspections, deficiencies, and scheduling
Conduct regular site walks and inspections, identify safety or quality issues, and ensure corrective actions are completed
Lead and supervise labourers and trades to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
Maintain clear communication with site teams, project managers, clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders
Plan and manage material deliveries to avoid site congestion and ensure workflow continuity
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, work procedures, and project quality standards
Support incident reporting, hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and site documentation
Monitor progress and provide regular project updates to management
Experience
Minimum 10 years of construction experience in Canada (required)
Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Construction Project Manager
Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Experience managing crews, coordinating multiple trades, and overseeing site activities
Proficiency in Procore construction management software (required)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and safety compliance
Ability to communicate effectively with trades, inspectors, general contractors, and project management teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Background check will be required

Work Site Requirements
Work primarily takes place on active construction sites
Ability to conduct site walks, inspections, coordination meetings, and quality reviews
Must be able to identify hazards, ensure safety compliance, and communicate with multiple trades
Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and workflow
Fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
Coordination with general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on site

Pay: CA$48-$53 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)
