Summary

:

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing and executing glazing projects from start to finish. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure each project is successful and meets all requirements. The Project Manager is also responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by providing innovative and high-quality glazing solutions.

Main duties

:

Plan, execute, and close projects within allocated timelines and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction; Coordinate the work of the project team, including drafters, installers, subcontractors, and suppliers; Establish and maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project; Ensure all aspects of the project meet the highest quality standards and specific client requirements; Evaluate the cost, time, and resources required to complete commercial glazing projects, and prepare accurate estimates for clients; Identify and proactively resolve issues that may arise during the project; Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients; Perform any other related tasks.

Required qualifications :

Knowledge of architectural and structural systems, as well as construction procedures and standards; Methodical and organized; Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work positively and effectively; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; Ability to read architectural drawings, contract documents, and BOMs.

Other requirements?:

Strong ability to read plans and specifications, along with practical knowledge of the glazing industry; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams); Strong aptitude for using various software and digital tools; College diploma or relevant training/experience; Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
