About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you'll guide high-end residential projects from planning through to completion. You'll balance schedules, budgets, quality, and relationships, working closely with Site Supervisors, Project Coordinators, sub-trades, designers, and homeowners to ensure every project runs smoothly and finishes beautifully.


This role is ideal for a calm, organized professional who leads with confidence, communicates openly, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead residential construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, site teams, designers, consultants, and trades Partner closely with the Site Supervisor to plan work, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving smoothly Maintain clear, consistent communication using CVC's project management systems and reporting tools Monitor project schedules, identify long-lead items early, and proactively manage sequencing and capacity Oversee project budgets, review costs regularly, and support strong financial outcomes Guide value-engineering discussions to deliver thoughtful, cost-effective solutions without compromising design intent Identify scope changes, assess impacts, and manage change communication and approvals with clarity and care Uphold CVC's standards for safety, craftsmanship, documentation, and professionalism Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners Support the development of CVC team members through feedback, coaching, and collaboration Ensure each project delivers exceptional client experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

5+ years

of proven experience managing

high-end residential construction projects
