About us Wolfpack Build Inc. is a small business in Concord, ON L4K 3M4. We are professional and agile. Our work environment includes:
- Modern office setting
- Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other relevant documentation.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial construction as a project Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Procure, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Valid car and license are a must.
- Ability to complete projects on timely manner
