Job Summary

Raynow Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Construction Project Manager

to oversee residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Calgary infill builds

, home building processes, and modern construction management tools such as

Buildertrend

. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and day-to-day site progress Review, interpret, and provide input on architectural and engineering drawings; ensure design compliance and support minor mark-up or layout adjustments Coordinate with architects, engineers, trades, suppliers, inspectors, and municipal authorities Conduct regular site visits (primarily in

Calgary

, with occasional travel to

Banff/Canmore

) to monitor quality, safety, and milestones Utilize

Buildertrend

or similar project management platforms to maintain documentation, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and progress tracking Prepare contracts, project documentation, and progress reports Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety standards, and municipal requirements Support pre-construction planning and assist with infill-specific considerations such as lot constraints, site logistics, and utility coordination

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in

construction project management

, preferably in

residential, infill, or multi-family home building

Strong understanding of Calgary's home-building process, inspections, zoning considerations, and infill construction challenges Able to read and review design drawings and propose adjustments when necessary Familiarity with digital project management tools (

Buildertrend

or similar) is a strong asset Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (travel to Banff/Canmore sites occasionally required)

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
