Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced and motivated

Project Manager

to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing budgets, schedules, and teams, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents Support and mentor field staff and junior team members

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction (residential, commercial, or institutional) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BC Building Code Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office, project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
