We are currently seeking a

Project Coordinator

to join our growing construction team and support the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

Position Overview

The

Project Coordinator

will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate and support all phases of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized

Project Coordinator

with 1-2 years of construction experience who is looking to grow into a long-term career in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with day-to-day

project coordination

Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams Assist with procurement of construction materials and equipment Support site teams with administrative and logistical coordination Attend construction project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Ensure all

Project Coordinator

documentation is accurate, current, and properly filed
Qualifications & Experience

1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in construction administration

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management (preferred) Basic understanding of commercial construction processes and workflows Experience working on construction projects in Ontario is an asset
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is an asset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
