Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications. Assist in developing detailed project schedules and timelines using project scheduling techniques. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance with project requirements. Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and cost control measures. Monitor safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes. Support the resolution of project issues promptly through effective project management practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction site management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes. Knowledge of construction estimating, contracts administration, and project scheduling techniques. Strong background in construction management principles and site safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
