Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and proficiency with construction management software. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications. The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering quality projects on time and within scope, contributing to the success of our construction operations.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Oversee daily site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Manage procurement processes, including construction estimating and bidding procedures. Monitor project progress against schedules; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Lead project meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and resolve issues promptly.

Experience

Budget sheets , Schedules Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
