Position: Project Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in construction coordination, project administration, or related field
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience)
About the Role
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Estimators and Project Managers throughout all phases of construction -- from pre-construction planning to project close-out. You'll assist with documentation, communication, and cost control activities to help ensure every project runs efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of project activity, working closely with field and office teams, and gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with RFQ and RFI preparation, distribution, and tracking
Support proposal development, subcontractor buyout, and contract execution
Prepare and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
Maintain organized digital project files and logs (RFIs, RFQs, submittals, change orders, etc.)
Track project costs, vendor invoices, and assist with progress billing documentation
Coordinate with site supervisors, clients, and consultants to ensure clear and timely communication
Assist in the preparation of close-out documents, warranties, and as-built records
Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, cost logs, and internal workflows
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a construction or contracting environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software (Contractor Foreman or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
