We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties



Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Builder Trend. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project flow. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Manage procurement processes, including construction estimating and bid evaluations using Builder Trend. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction. Utilize Builder Trend for document review, markup, and collaboration on project drawings. Oversee project documentation, change orders, and reporting to Owners. Lead project teams by providing clear direction, managing schedules effectively with Builder Trend, and ensuring efficient use of construction management software. Manage project risks proactively by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of the construction industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing analysis. Hands-on experience with construction management software. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks simultaneously. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
