Our company is a commercial construction subcontractor that specializes in Division 10 - Washroom Accessories, Toilet Partitions, Locker, and Wall Protection. This role is for an Project Coordinator with construction experience.
Job Summary - Duties/Responsibilities
Full-time in-office position 40 hours per week.
Call and email contractors and clients.
Read and interpret tender drawings and specifications.
Take-off quantities.
Prepare shop drawings, RFIs, site measurements.
Prepare estimate spreadsheet.
Prepare quotations in word/pdf.
Schedule installation work and correspond with contractors.
Assist in completing project close-out documents and processing of purchase orders.
Job Requirements - Education/Experience
Architectural, Construction education/experience or in related field.
Architectural design experience also considered.
Ability to create, grow and maintain positive relationships
Must know how to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Bluebeam.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Organization and attention to detail is very important.
Willing to work under pressure of tight deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
