Reporting to the Construction Manager and supporting different Project Managers and Site Superintendents, the project coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the firm's projects, which are diverse and include a range of work from restaurant retail, base building upgrades, tenant improvements to complex new developments.



As a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll get to:



Create and update project and construction documents. Maintaining up to date construction schedules, submittal logs, drawing logs, construction drawings and front-end of tender documents. Liaising with design consultants and contractors to obtain submittals and approvals, design drawing updates, RFI or SI updates. Manage project folders and keep files up to date. Create contracts in once a contractor has been awarded the project Create progress billing templates for future invoicing in Armours accounting system.

What we're looking for:



University degree or technical diploma with a focus in a construction related discipline Previous project support experience is considered an asset. Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail Effective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving deadlines Prior experience in the construction field is considered an asset
