We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator and are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for organization and quality performance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee assigned projects from start to completion
Ensuring the delivery, cost and quality of assigned projects
Management of all project documents and schedules
Managing revisions & change orders on assigned projects
Determine the necessary equipment, materials and manpower to complete assigned projects
Coordination between all departments and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly
Oversee shop drawings, RFI's, meetings, and client communication
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality standards
Provide the supervisory team with regular updates and reports for all assigned projects
Ensure safe work practices on all jobsites
Other duties as required
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years in commercial construction required
Previous work experience in project or construction management required
Knowledge of precast concrete a definite asset
PMP certificate is an asset
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies
Ability to identify issues and implement strategic solutions to overcome these issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
