Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project managers by overseeing project operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely communication to keep projects on track and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support project delivery.

Responsibilities



Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders Solving any issues that may arise during the project Managing and building relationships with multiple teams Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team Analyzing project data and producing progress reports

Experience



Education in project management or a related field is considered an asset Construction background in the office in the field is preferred Estimating experience would be considered an asset and would be preffered Experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office is required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
