Project Coordinator

to join our team and help keep projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Coordinator at Nova Drywall, you'll support our project managers and site teams with day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating with field crews, subtrades, and suppliers to keep schedules on track Managing and organizing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and meeting notes Assisting with change order management, including tracking, pricing, and approvals Performing takeoffs and helping prepare estimates for upcoming work Communicating effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal team members Ensuring our work aligns with project drawings, specs, and timelines Supporting final closeout, including collecting and organizing turnover documents

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination (drywall experience is a plus) Familiarity with construction workflows and practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, CompanyCam, Bluebeam Revu) Familiar with estimating software--On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid are an asset Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
