Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using tools such as Bluebeam and Toggle AI. Develop detailed project budgets, including cost control measures and pricing strategies. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to negotiate contracts and scope of work. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely completion of construction phases. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential issues or risks early in the process. Monitor project progress on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

Proficiency with Bluebeam for digital plan review and markup. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Experience with estimating software for accurate cost projections. Deep understanding of construction estimating processes, including pricing strategies and bid preparation. Knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and project management principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Familiarity with contracts management, change order procedures, and legal considerations in construction projects.
