ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated

Construction Operations Lead

to lead our construction and renovation projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring alignment with company objectives. We're seeking a proactive leader who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering results across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all goals and deliverables are met. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using established project management practices. Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and reporting on project status. Utilize tools such as Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting. Apply project management best practices, adhering to PMBOK standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Foster a positive and productive team environment through strong leadership and guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in project management, preferably within construction or renovation industries. Familiarity with program management principles is a plus. Strong budgeting, planning, and resource management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, etc.). Excellent leadership and team motivation skills. Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
