Construction Office Support Specialist (Full-Time)



We are looking for an individual to provide administrative and service support to ensure efficient operations of our busy siding company. This role requires someone to bridge the gap between subcontractors, site managers, suppliers, builders and homeowners by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation and coordinating communication.

Key Responsibilities



- Manage phones, emails, and correspondence. - Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors, office staff, clients and vendors. - Prepare and distribute service requests. - Maintain filing systems (physical and digital). - Assist with purchase orders, inventory tracking and invoicing. - Support payroll processing. - Track safety documentation. - Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.

Skills & Qualifications



- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Familiarity with construction terminology and processes an asset. - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
