Claims Creation Specialist - Full Time (Vancouver, BC or Western Canada)
Overview:
Under the supervision of the Claim Creation Supervisor, with broken line to IMS and RPA group, the Claim Creation Specialist supports the national operations to ensure that new claims are set up, inquiries and all system components are addressed daily. The Claim Creation Specialist is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal / external customers.
Role Responsibilities:Triage new claims and ensure they are set up daily Complete timely setup of new claims for multiple insurers sent to branches across Canada according to ClaimsPro guidelines Address inquiries from internal and external customers Work in conjunction with other departments to support client needs Data integrity functions (daily opened report, SLA reviews, CAT data integrity) Operate RPA Communicate with IT to ensure all aspects of RPA are working accordingly Participate in cross training with IMS Assist with providing training to new hires or other internal customers Complete any miscellaneous project work All other duties as may be required, from time to time

Qualifications & Experience:Insurance industry experience / exposure preferred Minimum of 1-year experience in an admin / support role required Exceptional MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong computer skills with an aptitude and ability to learn new software / databases

Environment/Working Conditions:Ability to work from home Work hours 12-8 pm EST Positive team dynamics Salary range: $35,000-$42,000 All prospective employees must pass a background check.
