Job Summary:

Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering residential wood frame projects including Single family, Duplexes, Townhouses or Multi family? If so, we want to hear from you! Our dynamic and rapidly growing construction team is expanding operations in Winnipeg and seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of residential projects in the vibrant Winnipeg region.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential family construction projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Provide effective leadership to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team performance.

Client Communication:

Act as the main point of contact between the construction team and clients.

Provide regular project updates and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying and addressing potential overruns.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with a focus on residential family projects like single family, duplexes or townhouses, 4plexes etc.

Extensive knowledge of residential wood frame construction methods and practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Winnipeg region.
