We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Lead Hand to join our Construction team in Langley, BC.

This is a full-time, permanent position working outdoors and indoors, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing civil projects and supervising an entire crew
• Hands-on work with ongoing projects
• Preventative and reactive maintenance of heavy duty equipment
• General property maintenance, managing various job-sites and tracking progress
• Quality Control
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge/Experience and Skills:

• Hands-on foreman (5-10 years civil projects experience is required)
• Heavy duty equipment experience (preferred)
• Pipework and inspections
• Class 5 License (required)
• Class 1 or Class 3 License (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints (essential)
• MS Teams (preferred)
