Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed by supervisors. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to construction practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations. Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
