Job Description
Phillips Bros Excavating
, a family owned and operated company, has been proudly serving the construction industry for over 27 years. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist with various physical tasks on construction sites.Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Perform manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying.
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labour or construction is an asset but not required.
Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
A driver's license is required.
