Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on-site.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities including framing, drywall installation, concrete prep, pvc liner installatio,and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for construction projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required by the project.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
