Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including waterproofing, damp proofing. Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring they are organized and accessible for use. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Perform site clean-up duties to ensure a tidy work area at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Must have valid drivers license.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
