About the Job

This is

not

a cushy, clock-in-clock-out kind of job. It's physical, hands-on, and fast-paced. You'll be digging, hauling, lifting, loading, and moving all day -- inside, outside, rain or shine. If you want something easy and predictable, this isn't it.

Physical labour: lifting, carrying, digging, etc. Loading and unloading materials and tools Using hand and power tools Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized Staying productive without needing constant instruction Working outdoors in all kinds of weather Taking direction and communicating clearly with the team

Reliability

: If you can't be counted on to show up and adapt to changing hours, this isn't for you. Our work is project-based, and start/finish times often shift -- sometimes on short notice.

Your own transportation

: This is non-negotiable*. We can't base our schedule around when you can borrow a car.

Work ethic

: We need self-starters. If you're standing around waiting to be told what to do next, you're not a fit.

Respectful attitude

: You'll be working with both male and female crew members and leadership. If taking direction professionally -- no matter who it comes from -- is a problem, this won't work.

Willingness to learn and take feedback

: We don't expect perfection, but we do expect accountability and growth.

Team mindset

: We're a small business. Everyone's effort counts, and when mistakes happen, they have real consequences -- financial and otherwise. Own it, learn, and move forward.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
