What You'll Do

Trade Support (When Scheduled)

Move lumber, drywall, and materials to where trades need them Hold boards, tools, and equipment while trades work Help carry heavy or awkward items up stairs or into position Set up work tables, extension cords, and basic equipment Clean up work areas when trades finish each task

Site Organization (Daily Tasks)

Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the day Sort and organize tools in proper storage areas Remove construction waste to dumpsters and recycling bins Maintain break areas - empty trash, wipe tables, stock supplies Charge power tools and organize equipment at end of day

Material Management

Stack and organize lumber, drywall, and materials by type and size Cover materials with tarps when rain threatens Move delivered materials from trucks to appropriate storage areas Keep small parts (screws, nails, electrical boxes) organized in bins Report low supply levels or damaged materials to Site Coordinator

Site Maintenance

Sweep and organize work areas each morning before trades arrive Maintain portable toilets, hand washing stations, and break areas Check that safety equipment (first aid kit, fire extinguisher) is accessible Set up weather protection (tarps, barriers) when needed Secure loose materials and equipment at end of each day

Compensation & Scheduling

Daily Rate Structure:

Starting Rate:

$160/day (8 hours)

3-Month Loyalty:

$180/day

6-Month Loyalty:

$200/day

Scheduling:

Project-based scheduling (typically 3-4 days/week when needed)

Work Continuity:

Strong performers move directly between projects - with our project pipeline, reliable workers essentially have full-time income opportunity

Payment:

Weekly payment for days worked

Must-Haves
