What you can expect to do here:

Lead project teams through all phases of construction, ensuring quality delivery on water, wastewater, and civil projects. Maintain proactive client communication, resolving project and site issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction. Oversee quality assurance, including measurements, payment certificates, and management of change requests and claims. Support business development with RFP/RFQ preparation and strategic growth initiatives. Respond promptly to contractor RFIs and provide engineering certifications as required. Champion safety and compliance, while mentoring and motivating team members to excel

What you'll bring to WSP:

Over a decade of hands-on experience in construction, specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure Proven track record on large-scale civil projects, including watermains, sewers, flood mitigation, pumping stations, force mains, reservoirs, and process piping Leadership experience with a strong drive toward team management and career growth Expert knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes for sewer, watermain, and roadworks Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF markup tools, and Windows-based application
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (business use reimbursed)
