We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. Project locations range from Southeastern Manitoba to Winnipeg and the surrounding area. About the Opportunity:

As a General Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with site preparation and clean-up Loading and unloading materials Operating basic construction tools and equipment Digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials Assisting skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various construction tasks Following all safety protocols and procedures Maintaining a clean and organized work site

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous construction or labour experience is preferred but not required Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Valid driver's license Commitment to safety in the workplace

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
