We're looking for an

Estimator

to join our Regina team. This role is key to our success -- preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates and proposals for a variety of construction projects while working closely with our project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

What You'll Do

Prepare accurate, well-organized estimates and proposals for Stipulated Price, Design-Build, and Construction Management projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and contractual terms. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses. Source and organize subcontractor and supplier quotations, , and ensure alignment with project documents. Develop and track project budgets and schedules. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Conduct post-bid reviews and monitor bid performance and success. Prepare proposal content and support proposal development

What You Bring

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a Construction related Technology (or similar education) 5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft O365; On-screen takeoff software; Sage or related estimating software experience is an asset. Thorough understanding of all facets of construction, from design through delivery.
