Rez Glass Industries is a professional installation company of custom glass shower enclosures, custom glass railings, and custom glass office partitions. We manufacture all of our glass in-house in our 20,000sqf manufacturing facility in Mississauga. Our main focus is on providing high-quality frameless shower door installations all across Ontario.

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to determine pricing estimates for commercial glazing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs for glazing services and preparing quotes, creating spreadsheets, and updating rates.

Responsibilities:

Make decisions regarding bid acceptance, price negotiations, and final contract pricing. Review project specifications and design drawings to ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare bid documents for clients. Track and maintain job costs and budgets. Determine labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements for projects.

MUST be able to read & decipher blueprints, perform take-offs and complete & submit CAD drawings.

MUST have experience with bidding platforms and commercial estimating.

Will be responsible for prompt phone and email exchanges with general contractors and suppliers, typing up and submitting bidding proposals, ordering products and material, and monitoring job installation progress and billing.

Wage will be based on experience and skill level.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
