Job Description

Eblion Construction is a small but growing construction company specializing in multi-unit residential projects in the Moncton/Dieppe area. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to help us build the estimating function of our business. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to all aspects of estimating and project management, and the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand.

What You'll Do

Prepare accurate estimates for multi-unit residential construction projects Track project budgets, schedules, and key milestones Work closely with trades, and consultants to support project planning Help improve our estimating processes and contribute ideas to make workflows more efficient

Who You Are

Early-career professional or recent graduate in construction, engineering, or a related field Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong interest in construction estimating Tech-savvy and comfortable learning estimating software and other project tools Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Solutions-oriented and excited to help build processes in a growing company Valid driver's license

Nice-to-Haves

Some construction site or project coordination experience Exposure to estimating or budgeting software Bilingual in English/French (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience 40-hour work week Health and dental coverage after 3 months of employment Eligibility for company pension plan after 1 year
