Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by providing accurate estimates for projects. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, utilizing industry-standard software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Adjust estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and new materials or technologies that may impact estimating practices.

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of steel stud, insulation, drywall, and finishing systems. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.
