Wilson Pro Painting is a fast-growing, well-established painting and finishing company serving Calgary and Southern Alberta. We specialize in residential and commercial painting, staining, and surface preparation, and we're known for our professionalism, quality workmanship, and strong client relationships.

We're currently looking for a

motivated Estimator

to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

What You'll Do

Conduct on-site and virtual estimates for residential and commercial projects Accurately measure spaces and assess project scope Prepare detailed, professional quotes and proposals Communicate clearly with clients and answer project-related questions Work closely with our admin and project management team to ensure smooth handoffs Follow up on estimates and help convert leads into booked projects

What We're Looking For

Experience in estimating, painting, construction, or a related trade (preferred, but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology (Jobber, email, mobile apps, measurements, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to manage your schedule and work independently

Schedule

Estimates are primarily scheduled on designated estimate days Some evening or weekend availability may be required depending on client needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
