What You'll Do

Research and identify upcoming construction projects and bid opportunities Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, municipalities, and subcontractors Assist with estimating: quantity takeoffs, gathering supplier and trade quotes, and preparing bid packages Help prepare and submit quotes, tenders, and proposals Follow up on bids and maintain a lead tracking system Assist with project coordination as work starts (site visits, communication, documentation)

What You Bring

Experience in "medium to large scale" construction estimating

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow with a successful company Valid driver's license and ability to visit sites if required
