Duties

Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student interaction and collaboration. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns that may arise. Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.

Skills

Proven classroom experience with a strong understanding of teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and colleagues. Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
